1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nemeet ("the Service"), operated by NEROOM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nemeet is a meeting scheduling platform that allows users to set their availability, share booking links, and let others schedule meetings with them. The Service includes features such as event type management, calendar integrations, and booking notifications.

3. Account Registration

To use Nemeet, you must sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information from your Google account (name, email, and profile picture). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Nemeet offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and may be charged on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NEROOM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service.

7. Calendar Integration

Nemeet may integrate with third-party calendar services such as Google Calendar. By connecting your calendar, you grant Nemeet permission to read and write calendar events on your behalf for the purpose of scheduling and managing meetings. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEROOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
